It is now possible to integrate Holidays and On-Call Schedules between systems using the V4 Public API

Who can use it?
These new features are available to companies that have the API integration service active and are using our latest technical documentation (V4).
1. Holiday Management via API
Previously, creating and editing holidays was restricted to the Pontotel Gestão system interface. Now, we offer a complete CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) structure for the holiday domain in API V4.
What can be done:
- Create new holidays automatically;
- View the holidays already registered;
- Update information or delete records directly through your internal system.
2. On-Call Management via API
The management of on-call schedules, which was previously limited to the legacy API version or the web interface, is now part of our more modern technology.
A new integration route was implemented, following all the communication standards and optimizations of V4.
Main features and validations:
- Full cycle: The route allows for creation (POST), reading (GET), and deletion (DELETE) actions.
- Intelligent security: The new endpoint inherits and rigorously applies all security validations that already exist on our web platform.
- Intelligent prevention: The system automatically blocks the creation of on-call notices for inactive employees and prevents scheduling conflicts in submitted shifts.
