I haven't received my invoice yet. What should I do?
Is your bill due soon and you still haven't received the payment slip by email? Don't worry!
We recently launched the Available Invoices within the Pontotel platform. It's the fastest way for you to access your payment slips and invoices at any time, without relying on email.
See how easy it is to access:
Viewing the payment slip on the platform (Recommended)
- In the Pontotel Gestão main menu, go to Admin . Then click on the Available Invoices .
- You will see a list with all your financial history. Locate the payment slip you need:
- Click the "Open " button to be redirected to the payment slip download link.
- You can also click on "NF Available" to download the corresponding invoice.

For this screen to be visible, a system administrator user must grant access permission.
Ask your administrator to follow this path: Admin > Permissions profile > Edit (your user profile) > and check the "Access to financial information" option.

Checking your email
By default, our payment slips are automatically sent to your email address. If you haven't found them in your main inbox, please check your Spam or Junk Mail .
