How to track employee journeys in real time using the Management App
With the Pontotel Gestão app, it's possible to track employee arrival status in real time, see who has already started their workday, identify lateness and absences, and monitor other daily events, all conveniently and directly from your mobile phone or tablet.
Step-by-step guide to tracking employee journeys
1. Open the app and go to the home screen.
After logging in , you will see the "my team" dashboard. Make sure you are on the "today" tab.

2. Fill in the filter.
Select the work location(s) of the employees you wish to monitor.

3. Check the chart and status indicators.
The app displays a pie chart summarizing how many employees have already clocked in, along with a color-coded legend that differentiates the situations:
- Starting (yellow): those who have not yet begun the journey.

- Working (green): those who have already clocked in and are active.

- Late (red): those who should have started but haven't yet scored.

- Absent (blue): indicates employees who do not have an expected work day, whether due to vacation, leave of absence, or other reasons.
- By tapping on the event, you can view more details about each employee's situation.

4. Consult the list of collaborators and schedules.
Below the summary, there is a list of collaborators with their name, workplace, and the time each one registered their arrival or expected arrival.
With real-time monitoring through the Pontotel Gestão app, managers and leaders gain agility in tracking team arrivals, lateness, and attendance. This facilitates team management, decision-making, and avoids surprises when closing payroll.
