How to add or correct points using the Management App

If any time records are missing or incorrect, you can correct them or add the time directly through the Pontotel Gestão app. The process is quick, secure, and ensures that the timesheet accurately reflects the employee's work hours.

Step-by-step instructions for correcting or adding a stitch.

1. Access the Pontotel Management application.

Open the app on your mobile device and log in .

2. Tap the “Sheet” tab.

In the bottom menu "Sheet" option to view the list of collaborators on your team.

3. Select the desired collaborator.

Search for the employee's name and tap on it. Then, tap "view sheet" to access the records.

4. Select the day for correction or addition.

On the timesheet, tap the day that needs correction or a new entry.

5. If there is an incorrect time entry, remove it before adding the new one (optional).

• If there is an incorrect time for the day, tap on the time that needs to be removed (for example, departure at 7:00 PM).

• On the time sheet details screen, click "delete time sheet". The system will ask you to confirm the deletion.

• After removing the incorrect entry, a message may appear stating "incomplete entry pairs". This means that the entry for the day still needs to be completed.

6. Insert the new point.

Select the time field you wish to include (for example, departure). A screen will appear where you can choose the type of time entry (entry, break, return, or departure) and set the new time. Finish by clicking "confirm".

7. Select the justification for the adjustment.

After entering the correct time, choose the reason . Confirm your selection.

8. Confirm the summary of the new point.

The app will display a summary of the manual entry with the time and justification. If everything is correct, tap "confirm" to register.

9. Confirm the addition of the new record.

• A confirmation message will be displayed, indicating that the manual time entry has been registered in the system.

• The sheet will be updated and the new entry will appear in the day's list of appointments, already reflecting the adjustment made.

Correcting or adding points through the Pontotel Gestão app is a practical way to ensure the accuracy of the timesheet, avoiding inconsistencies and making the routine easier for the entire team.
