How does data integration work between Pontotel and Sankhya?

Pontotel is part of the Sankhya Group, and our platforms have native integration. The goal is to automate your processes and ensure that people and company structure data are consistent across both systems, eliminating the need for duplicate registrations.

The main integration works with the Sankhya ERP system, which acts as the "source of truth" for the registrations, sending the data to Pontotel.

What is integrated?

When you add or edit the following information in the Sankhya ERP system, it is automatically created or updated on the Pontotel platform:

Employee admission
Employee registration update
Personal data (CPF, RG, email, etc.)
Employee dismissal
Creating user accounts linked to employees
Inclusion of vacations and leaves of absence
Vacation and Leave Edition

In addition, the integration correlates other data. See what they are:

What is not automatically integrated

The integration focuses on replicating employee data and absence events. The rule structures deletion of events are still done manually at Pontotel.

They are not automatically updated from Sankhya to Pontotel:

Excluding vacations and leaves of absence (If you exclude them in Sankhya, you need to exclude them manually in Pontotel).
Historical Load Creation
Creation and configuration of a Union (Sankhya) / Calculation rule and time bank (Pontotel).

⚠️ Attention: Schedule settings, calculation rules, and time bank will be implemented during the Customer Success team's setup process. The historical work schedule codes and union codes existing in Sankhya must also exist in PontoTel for this information to be updated.

What Pontotel sends to Sankhya (Folha Closing)

The integration also works in reverse to close the payroll cycle: Pontotel automatically sends the collected time and attendance data (Earnings and Absences) back to the Sankhya ERP system.

This is done through the E02 Export File .

The Pontotel platform consolidates all time entries (overtime, lateness, absences, bonuses) into a formatted file (TXT or CSV) that can be integrated and imported directly into the Sankhya ERP system for payroll processing.

⚠️ Attention: For this export to work, a pre-configuration (parameterization) service for the E02 file is required. This parameterization is free of charge for Sankhya clients.
