How to generate a report with Workplace data

On the Pontotel Gestão website, it's possible to generate a report of workplace data. This option is essential for managing your company's organizational structure on the platform. This report generates a detailed inventory of all registered workplaces, allowing you to audit information such as code, employer, address, and synchronization status with the REP-P (Electronic Time and Attendance System).


How to generate the report


  1. In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Workplaces .




  1. On the new screen, click the "generate report" .



  1. Click the bell icon (Notifications) in the bottom left corner of your screen to follow the file being generated.


  1. Once it reaches 100%, the report will be automatically downloaded to your computer.


  1. The report will contain all the registration information for active workplaces on the platform.
