How to view the Time Bank and consolidated team time entries in the Management App.

As a manager, you don't need to wait until the end of the month to know your team's hour balance. The Pontotel Gestão app offers a consolidated, real-time view of each employee's accumulated hours.

When accessing a team member's timesheet, you'll find two strategic cards: the Time Bank Summary and the Time Tracking Consolidation .

Accessing the employee's payslip

1. In the bottom menu , tap the 3rd option to go to the "Sheet" menu.

2. You will see a list of your collaborators. Tap on the name of the person you wish to view and then tap on "view sheet".

3. When you access the timesheet, at the top of the screen, check that the period (month) is correct. If you need to see the previous month, simply change the date on the calendar at the top.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and view your time bank balance and the amounts of your time entries for the period you are viewing.

With these two summaries, you have a snapshot of each employee's situation, allowing you to adjust schedules or talk to the team even before payroll is finalized.
