How to view a consolidated summary of employee journey events.
Shift Planning tool offers a consolidated view of employees' planned schedules, making it easier to track each team's work hours. With this tool, it's possible to visualize the total number of events per workplace, clearly presenting:
- Expected number of days and actual days worked.
- Scheduled days off and days off actually taken
- Sundays and holidays expected and effectively observed.
This information is displayed in a consolidated manner for each workplace, within the selected period. This feature is extremely useful for payroll planning, attendance control, and schedule compliance analysis, helping managers and HR to make more strategic decisions and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Step-by-step guide to viewing events
1. Access the tool
In the top menu of the Management website, click on planning and then select shift planning.

2. Fill in the display filters.
- Workplaces: Select the workplace(s) for which you want to view information.
- Period: Select the days on the payslip that you wish to view.
- By clicking once, you select the start date. Click again to set the end date and, consequently, the period that will be displayed.
- View type: Select the "Sum of events by location" option. It provides a consolidated summary with the main indicators for each workplace, such as:
- Days worked
- Days at work
- Worked days off
- Holidays worked
- Working on holidays
- Sundays worked
- Working on Sundays
- Days with a divergent schedule

Viewing the total number of days worked on the Shift Planning screen helps in monitoring employee work hours and controlling the team's workload.
