How to access the Calculation Memory

To view the details for a specific day, follow these steps:

1. Pontotel Gestão website ;

2. In the sidebar, click on Sheet . Then select Timesheet.

3. Select the desired employee and locate the day you wish to analyze;

4. In the "Notes" column, locate the note you wish to view and click the question mark icon (?) next to it;

5. A window will open with the complete calculation details.

Understanding the information

The Calculation Memory window acts as an "X-ray" of the day. It cross-references the entered information to explain the final result. See what you will find:

• Expected Work Schedule: Considers the hours the employee should work that day (according to the day's schedule).
• Clocking In/Out: Takes into account the hours recorded by the employee or added manually.
• Calculation Rule: Identifies which calculation rule was applied.
