E04 - How to export audio and video from employee timesheets

The E04 - Audio and video of employee time records is an essential tool for the security of your management . It allows you to export a file containing all the media (photos and audio) captured when employees clocked in and out.

Unlike spreadsheet reports, E04 generates a zipped file containing a package of files, ideal for visual audits and identity validation.


How to generate the report


  1. In the main menu, go to Management and click on Reports and Records .



  1. In the list of reports (on the right), scroll to the "Exports" section and select E04 - Audio and image of employee timesheets .


  1. Define the filters for your search:
  • Main filter: Select the Work Locations or Employees you want to audit.
  • Period: Define the start and end dates of the consultation.


  1. Click the green Export file .



How to download the generated file


  1. After requesting the export, the system will process the data in the background.


  1. Please wait a few moments and click the bell icon (Notifications) in the upper right corner of the screen. When the status reaches "100%", the report will appear in the list of completed reports .



  1. Click the cloud (download) icon next to the E04 name if the download does not start automatically.


  1. The system will download a compressed file (in .ZIP ) to your computer.


How to read the report


When you open the downloaded ZIP file, you will find the media organized. Here's how to interpret it:

Audit Tips (Your Management)

Images (JPG)

These are the photos captured by the camera (of a cell phone or computer) at the exact moment the point is recorded.

Visual Validation: Open the files to confirm that the person who clocked in is indeed the employee. Useful for identifying fraud.

Audio (MP3)

These are the captured voice recordings (if the voice recording feature is enabled).

Verification: Listen to the audio to validate the identity or check the voice command used.

Organizing Folders

The files are usually separated into folders with the name, date, and file type.

Speed: Use your operating system's search function within the extracted folder to quickly find the media for a specific day.
