What is the Vacation Management module?

This module was created to decentralize and automate the entire vacation workflow for your company.

The goal is to relieve the operational burden on HR and empower managers and employees to plan their vacations transparently , ensuring legal compliance and avoiding unwanted overpayments.

Who is it for? It's ideal for companies that spend a lot of time validating requests, controlling team capacity ("who leaves when?") and managing manual rescheduling.

Main Benefits and Features

By subscribing to this module, your platform gains a range of exclusive tools:

1. Online Request and Approval : Employees and managers can request, cancel, or reschedule vacations directly through the app or computer. Employees also receive notifications about the progress of their requests and about vacation periods that still need to be scheduled.
