How to generate a report with Workplace data

On the Pontotel Gestão website, it's possible to generate a report of workplace data. This option is essential for managing your company's organizational structure on the platform. This report generates a detailed inventory of all registered workplaces, allowing you to audit information such as code, employer, address, and synchronization status with the REP-P (Electronic Time and Attendance System).


How to generate the report


  1. In the navigation menu of the Management website, select the Reports and Records.


  1. On the new screen, click the "generate report".



  1. In the navigation menu, click the bell icon (Notifications) to track the file being generated.


  1. When it reaches "100%", the report will be downloaded automatically.


  1. The report will contain all the registration information for active workplaces on the platform.
