How to register a collector and log in to the Management App

Registering for the Pontotel Gestão app is simple and guarantees quick access to features for tracking, managing, and recording time and attendance via your mobile phone or tablet. See the detailed process below.


Step-by-step guide to first-time access to the Pontotel Gestão app.


  1.  Download the app


Access the link corresponding to your device's operating system and download the app:



  1.  Open the app


Once the installation is complete, open the app. On the welcome screen, tap "log in" to get started.



  1.  Enter the user's email address.


Enter the email address you registered on the platform and tap "continue".



  1.  Enter the password


After entering your email address, fill in your password and tap "log in".



  1.  Allow notifications


The app may request permission to send notifications. Choose “Allow” to receive notifications that may be created on the platform regarding journey control.



  1.  Please wait while the environment is configured.


A "Welcome!" message will be displayed while the application configures your workspace.



  1.  Configure biometric access (optional)


If you wish, enable biometric login (fingerprint or facial recognition) to speed up and secure access. Simply tap "view security options" and follow the on-screen instructions.



  1.  Access the app's home screen.


After completing registration and settings, you will be directed to the home screen, where you can monitor your team, view information, and use all the app's functions.




⚠️ Warning:


  • It is possible to clock in and out using the Pontotel Gestão app. However, clocking in and out is only possible if the login is done with a user account linked to an employee, meaning the user has employee permissions .
