The Guided Tour or Interactive Tutorial is a dynamic tool available within the Pontotel Gestão . With it, you learn in practice how to perform the main system registrations, all with step-by-step instructions directly on the screen.
If you're new to the platform or want to optimize your initial setup, the Tutorial is the quickest way to ensure everything is properly adjusted.
Step-by-step instructions for accessing and using the tool.
- Access Pontotel Management
Log in to the Pontotel Gestão using your browser.
- Activate the Tutorial
In the side menu, click on Admin Tour option .
- Follow the progress of the steps.
A progress bar will be displayed, along with a list of suggested tasks, such as:
- Employer registration
- Workplace registration
- Work schedule registration
- Schedule registration
- Employee registration
- User registration
- Holiday registration
- Standard reason registration
- Vacation registration
- Leave of absence registration
You can select which registration you wish to complete along with the guided tour, or follow the suggested sequence, selecting the first task: 1- Register an employer .
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
When you select a task, the tour will show detailed instructions for each step, indicating where to click and what to fill in. Explanatory messages and waypoints guide you throughout the process, making registration simple even for those who have never used the platform before.
