How to view employee and workplace data using the Management App
The Pontotel Gestão app allows you to easily view the registration data of workplaces and employees, facilitating access to essential information about each company unit and its employees, from wherever you are.
Consulting workplace data
- Access the menu
Log in and tap the icon with your profile picture in the upper right corner of the home screen to access the app menu.
- Select “work locations”
In the menu, select the "work locations" option to view all units registered in the company.
- Search for and select the desired location.
Use the search bar to quickly locate the workplace you wish to consult.
- View the registration details of the location.
When you select a location, the app will display:
- Workplace name
- City
- Map with geographic location
- Contact (if any)
- Location identifier code
- Status (active/inactive)
Consulting an employee's registration data
- In the side menu, select “employees”.
Still in the app menu, tap on employees to see the list of collaborators.
- Search for and select the desired collaborator.
Locate the desired collaborator using the search function or by scrolling through the list.
- View the employee's registration data.
Tapping on the name will display details such as:
- Full name
- Access password (for time and attendance registration)
- Workplace linked
- Employer
- Date of admission
- Job title and department (when registered)
- Sheet start date
- Assigned scale
- Registered email address (if applicable)
- Quick options to access the payslip, call, or send a WhatsApp (if you added the phone number to the employee's registration).
Accessing workplace and employee registration data through the Pontotel Gestão app is quick, practical, and ensures you always have essential management information at your fingertips.
