How to view profile data using the Management App
Keeping your profile data always accessible is important to ensure the security of your access and facilitate support when needed. Through the Pontotel Gestão app, you can quickly view your main registration information, check your permission level, and even change your profile picture, all easily from your device.
Step-by-step guide to viewing your profile data.
- Open the Pontotel Management app.
Access the app and log in as usual.
- Access the menu
On the app's home screen, locate the profile icon, located in the upper right corner of the screen.

- Select “profile”
In the menu, tap the "profile" option to view your registration information.

- Check the displayed data.
On the profile screen, you can view:
- Username
- Email used for login
- Access permission (e.g., HR, employee, supervisor, etc.)
This information is for reference only and cannot be edited directly through the app.

- Change your profile picture (optional)
If you want to personalize your profile, tap the pencil icon above the image, take a photo, or select a new photo from your phone's gallery.

Observations
- Changes to name, email, or permission type can only be made by HR or by yourself, if your user has the necessary permissions, directly through the Pontotel Gestão .
- Keeping your email address up-to-date is essential for password recovery and receiving important system notifications.
