How to view events in Scheduling.
At Pontotel, justifications are ways to record exceptional situations (such as absences, suspensions, observations or justified leaves or releases), and it is important to be able to view them directly on the work schedule to track employee history.
In this article, you will learn step-by-step how to locate and view justifications and absences on the Work Schedules screen, as well as useful tips for interpreting these entries correctly.
Step-by-step guide to viewing events in Scheduling.
- Access the tool
In the top menu of the Management website, click on " Planning" and then select " Schedule Planning" .
- Fill in the display filters.
- Workplaces: Select the workplace(s) of the employee(s) you wish to view.
- Period: Select the days on the payslip you wish to view. Clicking once selects the start day. Click again to set the end day and, consequently, the period to be displayed .
- View type: Select the "Employee Schedule" option.
- Finish by clicking "search" .
- See event details
The events are highlighted in yellow on the scale.
- When there is a leave of absence, suspension, or observation , the day will be marked with the letter "J" .
- When there is an absence , the day will be marked with the letter "A" .
