I paid my bill this month, but I'm still receiving overdue emails. What happened?
If you are receiving payment reminders for an invoice you have already paid, this could be due to several reasons. Check out the possible causes below.
- Bank clearing
After payment, the bank may take up to 2 business days to process the transaction. During this period, the system may still show the invoice as pending. If you have already made the payment, please disregard this email, okay?
- System instability
In some cases, technical instabilities may affect payment recognition in the system. If this happens, we are already working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, okay?
- Advance payments
When you receive your bill in advance each month, it means it doesn't correspond to the current month's due date, but rather a future due date. Therefore, it's important to always check if the bill you paid is for the current month. If you only paid a future bill, the current month's bill may remain outstanding.
