O relatório I01 – Importação de Arquivo AFD permite importar para a plataforma Pontotel os arquivos AFD (Arquivo Fonte de Dados) dos relógios de ponto, atendendo às exigências da legislação trabalhista.
Agora, o sistema aceita tanto os arquivos no layout da Portaria 1510 quanto os da Portaria 671, garantindo mais flexibilidade no uso de diferentes modelos de relógio de ponto.
Esse processo é essencial para manter os registros oficiais de jornada sempre atualizados, possibilitando auditorias e consultas quando necessário.


Step-by-step guide to importing the AFD file.


  1. **In the navigation menu of the Management website, select the Reports and Records.
  2. Selecione a opção "I01 - Importação de arquivo AFD".
  3. Clique no ícone de anexo e escolha o arquivo .txt exportado do relógio de ponto.
  • Now, in addition to files from Ordinance 1510, it is also possible to import files in the format of Ordinance 671.The system automatically recognizes the layout.



  • Before submitting, you can check the "Filter records by date". This feature allows only records within a specific range to be considered in the import.


  1. **After selecting the file, click "Submit" so that the records are processed and integrated into the employees' timesheet.


Understand the importer


When importing the files:

  • The system validates the physical clock code and correctly associates the records.
  • If the same clock exports files in different layouts (1510 or 671), they will be accepted without restrictions.
  • All imported points are available for consultation and auditing in the system, being visible on the timesheet or reports, complying with current legislation.
