Where to find the collector code in the BatePonto app

To manage data collectors, search for devices in reports, or open a support ticket for a specific device with our support team, the collector code is essential information for identifying the correct collector.

Step-by-step instructions for viewing the code in the BatePonto app.

Access the side menu from the home screen.

After logging into the app, you will arrive at the home screen.
Click the three-line icon (menu) in the upper left corner of the screen to open the side menu.

See the code

In the menu that opens, right below the collector's name, you will see the collector's code.
To copy it, simply tap on it.

How to find the device code on the Management Site

The collector code is used to identify the registered device and to manage it through the Collector Management . To find the collector on the Management website , go to Management , then select Collectors in the top menu.

On the new screen, change the category to " registration application " to view the time clocks created from the BatePonto app.

⚠️ Warning: The code is unique to each registered collector. If you uninstall the app, a new unique code will be generated when you reinstall it and log in again.

Monitoring and managing the time clock code ensures the integrity of the time and attendance record and facilitates the administration of company devices.
