R01 - How to generate an employee's time sheet
The time and attendance report is a complete record of an employee's work hours, essential for verifications, audits, and compliance with legislation. Generating this report for a specific employee is quick and easy.
How to generate an individual point mirror
- In the navigation menu of the Management website , click on Payroll , then select Timesheet .

- Fill in the search filters to locate the payroll sheet. First, select the "employees" option. Then, select the desired employee. After clicking search, you can define the period (month and year) you wish to view.

- In the toolbar on the right side of the sheet, select the option " generate sheet/point mirror ".

- In the menu that appears, you can choose from additional display options. Select the ones that best suit your needs before generating or exporting the timesheet.

- Complete the request by clicking " Generate ".
How to download the report
After clicking "generate excel," the platform will process the report in the background.
- Click the bell icon (Notifications) in the bottom left corner of your screen to follow the file being generated.

- When the status changes to "100%", your report will appear in the completed reports .

- A compressed file (.zip) will be generated, containing two spreadsheets (status and error), and the time sheet in .pdf format.
Understanding the generated file
Upon completion of the report generation process, a report in .pdf containing the following information:
- Employer information
- Employee registration data.
- Competence and period
- Points recorded
- Expected journey
- Notes and values
- Observations
- Consolidation of notes within the competence
- Time bank balance (if any)
- Subscription area
Generating an individual timesheet ensures detailed verification and easy access to each employee's time history.
