R02 - How to generate the timesheet report for all employees
Pontotel's R02 report allows you to view, individually, all events and balances in an employee's time bank during a given month. It is essential for monitoring, monthly closing, and verifying time bank balances.
Step-by-step guide to generating the R02 report.
- In the navigation menu of the Management website, select the Reports and Records.
- Select the option "R02 - Time bank sheet for all employees".
- Configure the filters.

- Choose the filter criteria according to your needs. You can select by workplaces, employers, or groups.
- Next, specify the period, choosing the month and year.
- You can enable the following options as needed:
- Do not include terminated employees.
- Do not consider employees who have no points in the month.
- Generate results in a single PDF file, instead of separating them by work location (in case more than one location is selected in the filter).
- Send the report results by email.
- Click "generate" to start processing the report.
- In the navigation menu, click the bell icon (Notifications) to track the file being generated.
- When it reaches "100%", the report will be downloaded automatically.
Understand the report
Once downloaded, you will receive a compressed file (.zip) containing three files:
- Time sheet report: The file presents the information in .pdf format, in the same layout as the regular time sheet report, containing the following for each employee:
- Identification: name, workplace, date of hire, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and other registration information.
- Daily events: detailed day-by-day breakdown, with columns showing values that have been converted to time bank, separated by time entries, and the daily balance of the time bank.
- Monthly summary: total of overtime hours, lateness, absences, plus accumulated balances.
- Signatures: fields for the employee's signature, the immediate supervisor's signature, and the HR/Administration signature.

- Delivery protocol: a .pdf document used to record the receipt of reports by employees. It serves as proof that the sheets were delivered to the responsible party, ensuring greater security, traceability, and transparency in attendance control.
- Status: Spreadsheet summarizing the processing status by employee, indicating whether the employee was included in the report generation.
- Errors: This spreadsheet lists inconsistencies or problems identified during processing that prevented certain collaborators from being included in the report. This allows for analysis and correction of the necessary records before a new attempt.
The R02 report is essential for maintaining control and transparency of employee time bank events. Use it periodically to ensure the correct closing of the time bank, avoid inconsistencies, and have greater security in complying with legal obligations.
