R09 - How to generate the spreadsheet of employee timesheets, attendance records, and information.
The R09 report is a comprehensive tool for tracking all clock-in/clock-out times, registration information, expected work hours, and daily time entries (in HH:MM format) made by employees within a specific period. This report allows you to identify details such as schedules, devices used, and other important information for human resources management and time tracking.
Step-by-step guide to generating the R09 report.
- In the navigation menu of the Management website, select the Reports and Records.
- Select the option "R09 - Spreadsheet of points, time entries and employee information".
- Configure the filters.

- Choose the filter criteria according to your needs. You can select by workplaces, employers, employees, or groups.
- Next, specify the desired period by selecting the start date and end date.
- The period must be a maximum of 186 days.
- Select the desired options for displaying details, such as showing all points of the day, point address, considering terminated employees, showing device codes, among others.
- If you wish, check the "send report results by email" option to receive the file directly at the email address registered to your user account.
- Click on "generate excel" to start processing the report.
- In the navigation menu, click the bell icon (Notifications) to track the file being generated.
- When it reaches "100%", the report will be downloaded automatically.
Understand the report
Once downloaded, you will receive a compressed file (.zip) containing three files:
- Success (main report): the main file allows for a detailed analysis by employee, considering all records for the filtered period, including multiple entries on the same day or entries outside the registered location.
It also presents the following information:
- Name and code of collaborators
- Workplace registered and the location where each point was recorded.
- Device used for each marking
- Address and location of the registered point (if the option is selected)
- Expected journey
- Balances of notes taken on the day
- Dates, times, appointment type, and status of each appointment.
- Additional information such as locking status, reason for markings, and other control data.

- Status: Spreadsheet summarizing the processing status by employee, indicating whether the employee was included in the report generation.
- Errors: This spreadsheet lists inconsistencies or problems identified during processing that prevented certain collaborators from being included in the report. This allows for analysis and correction of the necessary records before a new attempt.
The R09 report is an excellent tool for detailed analysis of employee journeys and records, facilitating data tracking and decision-making in daily human resources management.
