Understand the report
Once downloaded, you will receive a compressed file (.zip) containing three files:
- Success (main report) : Presents the information organized into different tabs, allowing for a detailed analysis of employee time tracking. See how each part works:
- Summary of time bank: This tab provides a consolidated overview of each employee's time bank for the selected period. The following are displayed:
- Code, Password, and Name: employee identification.
- Number of approved events: total number of bank transaction records approved during the period.
- Total for the period: balance of banked hours generated (positive or negative) only within the filtered period.
- Total positive/negative for the period: separates credit hours from debit hours within the selected period.
- Total balance in the time bank: total balance considering the entire time bank cycle up to the filtered end date. The cycle begins with the start date of the time bank or the last total time bank settlement (whichever is more recent).
- Total positive/negative balance in the bank: details how much of this total balance is credit or debit in the bank's cycle.
- Detailed breakdown of the period: presents a detailed breakdown of time bank transactions, separating the converted values by time entries, only within the selected period. Ideal for meticulous month-by-month analysis or for specific intervals.
- Bank details: presents a breakdown of banked hours transactions, separating the converted values by time entries, within the current cycle.
- Employees without a time bank rule: Lists employees who do not have a time bank rule linked to them, helping to identify possible configuration issues.

- Status : Spreadsheet summarizing the processing status by employee, indicating whether the employee was included in the report generation.
- Errors : This spreadsheet lists inconsistencies or problems identified during processing that prevented certain collaborators from being included in the report. This allows for analysis and correction of the necessary records before a new attempt.
Observation
The "period" always corresponds to the report's issuance interval, while the "bank balance" shows the accumulated result since the bank's inception or the last withdrawal (considering the most recent date).
The R10 report is essential for monitoring employee time banks, providing a clear view of balances, compensations, and historical data. Use this report for quick checks, audits, and more informed decision-making in time management.
