R11 - How to generate the overtime spreadsheet

If you need to track overtime hours worked by employees, the R11 Report is the ideal tool on the Pontotel platform. With it, you can easily and quickly extract all the information about overtime hours recorded in a given period.


Step-by-step guide to generating the R11 report.


1. Access the reports menu.


  • In the top menu, go to management reports and records option .



  • Select the option " R11 - Overtime Hours Spreadsheet ".


2. Configure the filters.



  • Choose the filter criteria according to your needs. You can select by work locations or employees.
  • Next, specify the period, choosing the start and end dates.
  • If desired, check the "do not consider terminated employees" option so that employees who have already left the company do not appear in the report.


3. Generate the report


  • Click on "generate excel" to start processing the report.
  • Follow the progress in the notification center (bell icon) located in the top menu.



  • When the progress reaches 100%, the report will be automatically downloaded to your computer's downloads folder. If the download does not start automatically, locate the report in the notification queue and click on the corresponding line to start a new download.


Understand the report


This report consolidates all overtime hours worked by employees during the selected period, in decimal format and separated by weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. For each employee, it is possible to view the number of overtime, extraordinary, and special hours.




This visualization facilitates the verification, control, and planning of the company's overtime management, as well as serving as a basis for payroll verification.
