R12 - How to generate the On-Site Report (workplace adherence)

The R12 - Attendance Report management tool that allows you to analyze the percentage of employees who clocked in at their expected work locations, day by day.

This report is ideal for monitoring team attendance by comparing the expected number of employees with the number of employees who were actually present (clocked in) at each location.


How to generate the report


  1. In the main menu, go to Management and click on Reports and Records .



  1. In the Reports list (on the right), select the option R12 - On-site report .


  1. Define the filters for your query:
  • Main filter: You can filter by workplaces , employers, or groups .
  • Period: Select the date range (start and end) you wish to view.


  1. Configure your report display options:
  • Sort by: Choose whether workplaces should be listed by name (alphabetical order) or by percentage (level of adherence).
  • Report type: This is the most important option:
    • Attendance: Calculates the percentage based on the number of employees who clocked in.
    • Per point scored: Calculates the percentage based on the number of points expected vs. points scored
  • PDF orientation: Define whether the PDF file will be generated in portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) mode.


  1. Click on Generate PDF or Generate Excel to request the report.


How to download the generated report


After requesting the report generation, the platform will process it in the background.



  1. Click the bell icon (Notifications) in the bottom left corner of your screen to follow the file being generated.



  1. When the status changes to "100%", your report will appear in the completed reports .



  1. If the download did not start automatically, click the cloud (download) icon next to the report name to download the file to your computer.


  1. The R12 presents the data visually, by day, making it easier to identify adherence failures. Reading the Excel spreadsheet or PDF is similar.
