R13 - How to generate the report with employee registration information

The R13 report is a fundamental tool for HR and managers who need a consolidated view of the registration information of all company employees. With it, it's possible to export a spreadsheet with the main recorded data for each employee, facilitating internal checks, audits, integrations, and updates.

Step-by-step guide to generating the R13 report.


1. Access the reports menu.


  • In the top menu, go to management reports and records option .



  • Select the option " R13 - Report with employee information ".


2. Configure the filters.



  • Choose the filter criteria according to your needs. You can select by workplaces, employers, employees, or groups.
  • Next, indicate whether you wish to consult the employees:
  • Assets: those that are active on the platform
  • Fired: Those who have already been dismissed.
  • Those who have already clocked in: active or terminated employees who have clocked in at least once.
  • All: Includes the registration data of all employees, without exception.
  • In "fields", select from the 31 options which ones you want to include in the report. You can select all fields.
  • If you wish, check the "send report results by email" option to receive the file directly at the email address registered to your user account.


3. Generate the report


  • Click on "generate excel" to start processing the report.
  • Follow the progress in the notification center (bell icon) located in the top menu.



  • When the progress reaches 100%, the report will be automatically downloaded to your computer's downloads folder. If the download does not start automatically, locate the report in the notification queue and click on the corresponding line to start a new download.


Understand the report


Once downloaded, you will receive a compressed file (.zip) containing three files:


  • Success (main report) : This report displays the registration data for all employees. Each column in the spreadsheet corresponds to a registration field filled in the system. Employee registrations can be viewed and managed in the " Registrations > Employees" Pontotel Gestão website .



  • Status : Spreadsheet summarizing the processing status by employee, indicating whether the employee was included in the report generation.
  • Errors : This spreadsheet lists inconsistencies or problems identified during processing that prevented certain collaborators from being included in the report. This allows for analysis and correction of the necessary records before a new attempt.



The R13 report is essential for managing employee information, offering a complete and up-to-date view of the registration data recorded on the platform. Use this resource whenever you need to check, update, or audit employee information.
