How to read the report

The R15 file is downloaded as a spreadsheet (Excel/XLSX), and each row represents a point correction event. Accurate reading allows you to audit the evolution management actions performed on the payroll.

Focus on interpreting the following columns in the spreadsheet:

Column(s)

What does the information represent?

Audit Tips (Your Management)

Date of the Point and Type

They indicate which point was changed (e.g., Entry, Exit, Pause, etc.) and on which day.

It allows you to identify if the corrections are concentrated in a specific type of point (e.g., always on the return from pause).

User

This shows who made the change. If the field is filled in (e.g., Matheus Lucas Rh), the correction was made manually.

Monitor: If there are bulk fixes, verify that the user who performed them had the appropriate permissions.

Operation Date

It indicates the exact action that was taken.

Identify patterns: If the "Operation" is always "Point added" at a location, there may be a logging issue with that team's data collectors.

Reason

Explain the reason for the change (e.g., manual correction, creation based on the employee's registered routine, etc.).

Focus on traceability: Ensure that all manual entries have a reason that justifies the intervention.

Automatic Correction

Indicates whether the correction was performed automatically by the system (value "Yes") or if it was a manual intervention (blank field).

The value "Yes" is usually linked to the Automatic Point Correction , which helps prevent errors.

💡 Tips for your management:

  • Identify adjustment patterns: Use the R15 report to check if the corrections are concentrated in the same group of employees, in the same Workplace, or in the same type of error (e.g., always missing clock-out entries). This helps identify the need for training or improvements in the data collectors. The **Workplace Ranking** and **Employee Ranking** tabs in the R15 report assist in this analysis.
  • Monitor HR/Manager performance: Check who is making the changes (column "User"), the frequency, and the type of correction. This ensures that the policy of transparency in time and attendance management is being followed internally.

With R15, you have complete control over timesheet changes, ensuring the security and transparency of your management and facilitating audits.
