Understand the report
This report presents, in spreadsheet format, the dates and times when each employee clocked in and out outside of their previously registered workplace. It highlights cases where the clocking in/out was recorded at an address different from the one linked to the employee's workplace, which can help in controlling external work hours, audits, monitoring travel, identifying exceptions, or even potential inconsistencies.
Among the information listed in the report are:
- Employee's name;
- Workplace registered;
- Date(s) of registration;

The R20 report is an indispensable tool for managing time and attendance outside of a fixed location, facilitating the auditing of external clockings and detailed monitoring of employees' routines.
