R30 - How to generate the daily time bank management report

Pontotel's R30 report allows you to track the evolution of your employees' time bank on a daily basis. It presents the daily balance, detailing all transactions and facilitating the analysis of hours worked, compensations, and the final balance of each employee in the chosen period.


How to generate the R30 report


  1. In the navigation menu of the Management website, select the Reports and Records.


  1. Select the option "R30 - Daily time bank management".


  1. Configure the filters



  • Choose the filter criteria according to your needs. You can filter by workplace or employees.
  • Next, specify the period, choosing the month and year.
  • If you wish, check the "send report results by email" option to receive the file directly at the email address registered to your user account.


  1. Click on "generate excel" to start processing the report.


  1. Follow the progress in the notification center (bell icon) located in the top menu.


  1. When it reaches "100%", the report will be downloaded automatically.


Understand the report


Once downloaded, you will receive a compressed file (.zip) containing three files:


  • Success (main report): Displays the time bank balance for each employee, updated daily, throughout the filtered period. It provides information such as date, daily balance, accumulated balance, and hours that are due.



  • Status: Spreadsheet summarizing the processing status by employee, indicating whether the employee was included in the report generation.
  • Errors: This spreadsheet lists inconsistencies or problems identified during processing that prevented certain collaborators from being included in the report. This allows for analysis and correction of the necessary records before a new attempt.



The R30 report is indispensable for anyone who needs a detailed, daily overview of employees' time banks, facilitating the control, verification, and management of the accumulated balance over time.
