Required information for integration between Sankhya and Pontotel.

For the integration between the Sankhya and Pontotel to function correctly, certain mandatory fields must be completed and submitted. This data ensures that employee information is imported accurately, preventing communication failures between the platforms.


Required information


Below is a list of data and information needed to begin the first step in the registration integration process .

The customer must send an email to [ integracao@pontotel.com.br ](), attaching the files and including the information in the body of the message.

subject field , use the following format:

“Pontotel and Sankhya Integration – Client Name” , replacing Client Name with the company name of the company to be integrated.

After submission, the Pontotel representative will validate the submission and reply with confirmation of receipt .


  1. Sending the employee database to Sankhya


To collect this data, log in to your Sankhya OM environment and go to Settings > Employees > Select Company > click the "Export XLS" button. The spreadsheet should be attached to the email.


  1. Sending the address from the Sankhya environment


To configure the integration, we will need the address and port number to access Sankhya OM.

E.g.: https://dominiosankhya.com.br/8080


  1. Sending the email domain


To collect this information, please verify the company's official email domain with the client so that we can use it as a basis for creating user accounts (registrations created to enable login to the system). Example: "@pontotel.com.br"


  1. PontoTel user configuration


To create a user, go to Sankhya OM, Settings > Access Control > Create new record, and create a new user with the information below:

  • User: integpontotel
  • Password: 123456789


Notes:

The user must have access permission to all registration tables. This user will be associated with the Sankhya ID of the integration.

The client must also have Sankhya ID enabled in their system.

Employee is the registration number used for time tracking, while user is the registration number used for login and access to the timesheet.



Providing the correct required information is essential for the integration between Sankhya and Pontotel to be carried out without errors.

Before starting the process, check that all required fields are properly filled in and, whenever possible, also include supplementary data to ensure more complete management.
