Everything you need to know about Pontotel University

We believe that knowledge is the key to increasingly efficient time and attendance management. That's why we created Pontotel University , our corporate education platform, designed to help you master all the tools in our system.

In this article, we'll guide you through a complete tour of our university, from your first visit to receiving your certificate. Shall we begin this learning journey together?


What is Pontotel University?


Pontotel University is our online learning environment (e-learning), where you'll find comprehensive training on our time and attendance platform. With didactic and interactive learning paths, our goal is to empower you to make the most of all the resources we offer, making your management more strategic and efficient.


How to access Pontotel University


The first step to starting your learning journey is to access our platform. Once you've done that, log in with your username or register on the platform.

See the step-by-step instructions below:

  1. Pontotel University page .
  2. In the upper right corner, click on “ENTER” .
  3. You will have two options to log in:
  • Access with Email and Password: If you already have an account, simply enter your email and password and click "Log in" . If this is your first time accessing the system, click "Create new account" and fill in your details.
  • Access via Google (SSO): For faster and more convenient login, click the Google below "or sign in with". Then, choose your Google account and access will be granted automatically.



How to enroll in a training course


After logging in, you can start exploring our courses. Enrollment can also be done in two ways:


  1. Enrolling through the platform
  • On the Pontotel University homepage, you will find the available open courses.
  • Click on the training you wish to take.
  • On the training page, click the "Enroll" .



  1.  Using a direct link from the trail

Often, we will send you a direct link to a specific training course. By clicking on this link, your registration will be automatically completed, and you will be redirected directly to the learning path, ready to begin.


💡 Tip: If you've just hired Pontotel, contact your implementation consultant or point of contact and request the direct access link to the training corresponding to your operation.


How to access your courses and complete the training.


All the training courses you've enrolled in are organized in one place for easy access.

  1. At the top of the page, click on the “My Dashboard” .
  2. You will see a list of all the training courses you have enrolled in. To access the training path, simply click on “Start course” or “Continue course” .



  1. You will be directed to the learning path , which is our virtual classroom. In the menu on the left, you can navigate through all the modules and lessons of the course.



Getting to know the types of classes


Our training programs are comprised of different lesson formats, designed to make learning more dynamic and comprehensive:

  • Video: Lessons recorded by our experts, explaining the step-by-step process in a visual and didactic way.
  • Text: Written content designed to delve deeper into a topic or provide details about a process.
  • Presentation: Slides and visual materials to complement the explanations.
  • Practice: Activities for you to apply what you've learned directly in the system.
  • Quiz: Quick tests for you to check your knowledge at the end of a module.


💡 Tip: Below some video lessons, we provide supplementary texts, useful links, and downloadable support materials , such as guides and checklists. Be sure to check them out!


How to track your progress and obtain the certificate.


We want you to have clarity about your progress in training.

  • Tracking your progress: In the learning path, the menu on the left shows the percentage of completion for each module and the course as a whole. You can also view your progress in the “My Dashboard” .


  • Certificate Issuance: Upon completing 100% of the training, the certificate of completion is automatically generated! You can view and download it by clicking on the pop-up displayed after finishing the course. You can also access all your certificates through your profile: simply click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen, select "My Account," and then access the "Certificates" in the side menu.
