Updates to services and additional charges: What do you need to know?

We are implementing an update to our billing services to improve our operational efficiency and ensure the sustainability of our services. These changes have been carefully planned to optimize our processes, while maintaining our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.

Starting on October 1, 2024.

The price change not affect the amount you pay for your current plan. You will receive detailed information about available add-on services and their respective prices, should you wish to subscribe to them.

  1. Can I renegotiate my current contract?


Yes! Our Customer Success team is available to discuss and renegotiate the terms of your current contract, if necessary.

  1. Which services will now require payment?


Below are the services that will now be charged, either on a one-off basis or through a monthly plan:


  • Integrations (APIs and AFD)
  • Compliance and cybersecurity
  • Setting parameters for calculation rules and time bank.
  • Editing export files
