What is the impact of reducing or adding employees on the bill?

- How does billing work?
The charge is based on the number of employees who clock in and out. However, there are two important points to consider:
- Minimum contracted quantity: If you reduce the number of employees below the minimum contracted at the beginning of the partnership with Pontotel, the invoice will still reflect the agreed minimum value.
- Surplus: If the number of employees exceeds the contracted package, an additional charge will be applied for the excess employees.
- Annual contract adjustment: Contracts are subject to annual adjustments, applied as stipulated in the contract, based on the index agreed upon by both parties. The adjustment is communicated to the client in advance.

Please note: In many cases, the cost per employee for smaller quantities may increase compared to the previous price. This is because the larger the number of employees, the more advantageous the unit price will be.
