Why does my payment slip have a different due date than the one stated in the email?

If you noticed that the due date on your payment slip is different from the one shown in the email, don't worry! This happens because overdue payment slips are updated daily with interest and late fees.

1. Understanding the updated payment slip

• If your payment slip is overdue, the system will automatically update it to include the charges corresponding to the days the payment is late.
• On the website, the due date may appear as the most recent date for which charges were updated, while the payment slip will show the original due date of your invoice.

2. How do I make the payment?

• When you download the payment slip, the original document will be generated.
• Simply enter the barcode into your bank account, and the amount will be updated automatically.

3. My bill has expired, what now?

Even after the due date, you can still make the payment using the original payment slip, without needing to request a duplicate. However, please remember that there will be late payment fees and charges, okay?
