How to add a correction point for multiple collaborators

In situations such as training sessions, meetings, internal events, or general delays, it may be necessary to record a single time entry for a group of employees. The Pontotel system allows you to do this collective entry simply and quickly.

Step-by-step instructions for adding the same point for multiple employees.

1. Access the bulk changes feature.

On the Management website , click on "sheet" in the top menu, and select "bulk changes ".

2. Apply the necessary filters.

• Select the employees who will have their time added. Use the filters to easily select by workplace, employee, employer, or group.
• start date and end date fields , indicate the period for which the time and attendance record should be entered. If the entry is for only one day, simply repeat the same date in both fields.

3. Go to the corresponding path.

Below the filter, select the points . Then, select the add correction point .

4. Fill in the registration details.

• Point type: select whether it is entry, exit, pause, or return.
• Reason for correction: Please provide the justification for the collective release. If the desired reason is not in the list, register a new default reason .
• Schedule: Set the time at which the recording will be made.
• +1d: Check this box if you want to record the entry on the intended journey, but which goes beyond midnight.

5. Confirm the request.

• Review the information and click "save" to complete the process.
• Confirm the change in the message that will appear next.

• Once that's done, you'll receive a confirmation message.

6. Check the change.

• After the process is completed in the notification center, a report will be generated confirming the change.

• Confirm the change by checking if the point has been added to the employee(s)' timesheet(s).

This feature optimizes the HR team's time and ensures that all employees involved have their time recorded correctly and in a standardized way.
