How to change the work schedule on the timesheet
In some situations, it may be necessary to adjust an employee's expected work schedule for specific days without altering the default schedule configuration. The Pontotel system allows you to make this change directly on the timesheet in a practical and quick way.
Step-by-step guide to changing your work schedule on your timesheet.
1. Access the employee's timesheet.
- In the top menu of the Management website , click on "sheet ," then select "timesheets .

- Fill in the search filters to locate the sheet.
First, select the "employees" option. Then, select the desired employee. After clicking search, you can define the period (month and year) you wish to view.

2. Click on the journey you wish to change.
On the employee's timesheet, locate the specific day on which the expected work schedule needs to be changed and click on the schedule.

3. Select the new expected journey.
- In the field that will open below the work schedule, type the name or code of the new work schedule and press "ENTER".

- If you are unsure, click the clock icon to open the list of registered work schedules. Select the new schedule from the list.

- If the desired work schedule does not appear in the list, it means that it has not yet been registered in the system. It is necessary to create the schedule beforehand before assigning it to the timesheet. Check this article to learn how to register a new work schedule.
4. Check the change.
After selecting the new work schedule, it will be displayed in the "work schedule" column of the timesheet.
Manually adjusted work schedules — that is, those not automatically assigned by the schedule — are highlighted with striped colors, as shown in the image below.
