How to change work schedules in bulk

When it's necessary to adjust the work schedule of a group of employees, the Pontotel system offers a practical function to streamline the batch change process. This ensures greater efficiency and standardization in team adjustments.

Step-by-step guide to changing work schedules in bulk.

1. Access the bulk changes feature.

On the Management website , click on "sheet" in the top menu, and select "bulk changes ".

2. Apply the necessary filters.

• Select the employees who should receive the new work schedule. Use the filters to easily select by workplace, employee, employer, or group.
• In the start date and end date fields , define the period during which the work schedules should be changed.

3. Go to the corresponding path.

4. Choose the new journey.

In the list of registered work schedules, select the schedule that should appear on the filtered days.

⚠️ Warning: It is possible to ignore days that are days off, or other days without work. To do this, select the "Ignore days without work" option, located below the list of work schedules.

5. Confirm the request.

Review the information and click "save" to complete the process.

• Once that's done, you'll receive a confirmation message.

6. Check the change.

• After the process is completed in the notification center, a report will be generated confirming the change.
