How to autocomplete points based on expected journey.

The autocomplete function allows you to quickly fill in employee time records on days with no clock-ins, following the expected work schedule for the day. This feature simplifies payroll regularization and reduces manual work for HR.

⚠️ Warning: autocomplete does not change fields that already contain time entries. Only blank time slots will be automatically filled in.

How to use autocomplete

  1. In the navigation menu of the Management website, open the Payroll and select the Bulk Changes.

  1. Select the employees whose timesheets will be completed. Use the filters to easily select by workplace, employee, employer, or group.

  1. In the start date and end date fields , indicate the period to be filled with periods. If you only want to fill in one day, simply repeat the same date in both fields.

  1. Below the filter, select the points. Then, select the autocomplete.

  1. Review the information and click "Save" to complete the process.

  1. Confirm the change in the message that will appear next.

  1. Once that's done, you'll receive a confirmation message.

  1. In the navigation menu, click the bell icon (Notifications) to track the process as it is generated.

  1. When it reaches "100%", a report will be downloaded automatically, confirming the changes made.

⚠️ Warning: If any points are mistakenly added to certain days or collaborators, access the autocomplete tool again and check the option below to remove the incorrectly entered records.

Autocomplete is a practical solution to avoid inconsistencies and speed up the closing of the timesheet.
