How to fix the "Employee not synchronized with REP-P" error in the time clock system.
When attempting to clock in and out using a time clock, did the employee encounter the message "Employee not synchronized with the REP-P" or "Error synchronizing employee: Employee not enabled for clocking in on the time clock" ?


This message indicates that the employee's registration is correct, but an essential permission is missing for them to clock in and out. To resolve this, simply enable their synchronization with the REP-P (Electronic Time Clock via Program).
How to enable an employee for registration
- In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Employee .

- Use the filters to locate and select the employee in question and click the pencil (Edit).

- Within the employee's record, look for the option " synchronize with REP-P" and check the box .

- Finish by clicking save .
Synchronization in the App
If the error persists in the BatePonto app, it is necessary to synchronize it within the app itself. To do this:
- On the app's home screen, tap the first button located below "Clock in/out".

- On the sync screen, tap the "sync from beginning" .

- Wait for the synchronization to complete. Afterward, close the application and open it again. Ask the employee to try registering again.
