Como desativar o registro de ponto com foto
Se a sua empresa decidiu alterar a política de segurança no registro de ponto e não irá mais exigir o anexo de foto, você pode desativar essa funcionalidade facilmente.
A gestão dessa configuração pode ser feita individualmente ou para vários colaboradores ao mesmo tempo.
How to disable for a collaborator
- In the navigation menu of the Management website, open the Registrations and select the Employees.
- Use the filters to locate the desired collaborator and click the pencil (Edit) in the "Actions" column.
- Within the registration process, go to the Time and Attendance and Benefits Settings.
- Procure pela seção medidas de segurança.
- Choose the option you want to disable:
- Para desativar o registro por foto nos apps: Desmarque a opção "gravar ponto com foto no aplicativo (dispositivos móveis)".
- Para desativar o registro por foto no navegador: Desmarque a opção "gravar ponto com foto (web)".
- At the bottom of the page, click save.
How to disable for multiple collaborators
To make management more efficient, you can use the Multiple Changes tool to disable the feature for everyone at once.
- In the navigation menu of the Management website, open the Registrations and select the Employees.
- Click on the options menu ( three-dot) and choose Multiple Changes.
- Select the locations, employees , or groups that will receive the change.
- Do lado da tela você verá a seção registro de pontos e apontamentos. Desmarque as opções informadas anteriormente, arrastando o PIN para o lado esquerdo.
- Go to the bottom of the page and click Save.
Done! Whether individually or in bulk, starting with the next time employees log in to the app, the system will no longer request photo and/or audio attachments when clocking in and out.
