How do I update the app?

Updates to our system are automatic and free. We are always creating new tools to make your daily life easier. If you have any suggestions, please write to us (sugestoes@pontotel.com.br).

App updates are also free. To update it automatically, simply configure some settings in Google Play.

On the Play Store .

Click on the menu icon in the upper left corner.

Click on Settings .

Click on Update apps automatically .

Select Update apps anytime .

Click again in the upper left corner, on the menu icon.

Click on My apps & games .

Look for the PontoTel app.

Click on the icon with 3 dots in the upper right corner.

Select Automatic Update .

For optimal app and device performance, it's a good idea to keep Google Play Services updated (Click on My apps & games).
