How to log the point in case of problems with the usual device

Unexpected things happen: the computer won't turn on, the cell phone broke, the department's tablet is out of battery. In these cases, time tracking can still be done through other means. Pontotel offers different tracking platforms, and any device with internet access can be an alternative.

First of all: understand your user type

To clock in and out on a new platform, you will need to log in. The type of user you have determines how this access works:

Individual user

You have your own email and password registered with Pontotel. In that case, simply use those credentials to access any of the platforms we will show below.

Collective user

Access is shared among multiple collaborators. In this case, contact your company's HR or Payroll department to obtain the login credentials for the shared data collector before proceeding.

It works on any device with an internet browser: computers, laptops, tablets, or cell phones. It's the most accessible alternative when you don't have access to the app.
