How to register points that go past midnight
In some work schedules, it's common for employees to start their shift one day and finish the next, often going past midnight. This scenario frequently occurs with night shifts, rotating shifts, on-call shifts, or specific schedules.
For the records to be counted correctly, it is important to make the entries properly within the platform.
In this article, we'll see how to record clockings that extend beyond midnight and how this type of work schedule is handled in the system.
Step by step
- In the navigation menu of the Management website, click on Payroll, then select Timesheet.
- Filter by employees.

- In the "select employees" field, search for and select the employee, then click Search.

- In the upper left corner of the screen, select the skill .

- Locate the day and add the day's points, if necessary.

- For points that are tallied after midnight:
- Enter the time in HH:MM format
- Select the "+1d" option
- Choose the reason for the correction

After correctly recording the data, the system will be able to interpret the continuous work schedule even when there is a date change during the workday, ensuring more accurate calculations of hours worked, breaks, overtime, and related time entries.
