How to synchronize and enable employees for time and attendance registration (REP-P)

The REP-P (Electronic Time Recorder via Program) is the digital time recording model used by Pontotel, in full compliance with Ordinance 671 of the Ministry of Labor.

For an employee to be able to clock in and out using any time clock (whether a mobile app or the BatePonto website), it is essential that their employee registration is "synchronized" with the REP-P system.

If this option is not active, the employee will be prevented from clocking in and out and will see the message "Employee not synchronized with the REP-P" or "Employee not enabled for registration on the time clock" .

How to synchronize registered collaborators

1. In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Employees .

2. Click the blue button with the three dots.

3. Wait for the process to finish in "Alerts" , which is located in the main menu.

Done! After completing the process, the selected employees will be synchronized. They can now access the time clock (app or web) and clock in and out as usual.
