How to view photo, audio, and location information for time clock entries.
To ensure even greater transparency and security in the records, Pontotel allows you to view not only the location , but also the photos and audio associated with the time clock entries, when these options are enabled in the system. All this information can be easily accessed through both the Pontotel Gestão app and the web system.
Step-by-step instructions for viewing photos, audio, and tag locations.
📱 Through the Pontotel Gestão app:
- Access the employee's timesheet.
- Tap on the desired record.
- The location will appear in map format, marking the spot where the point was recorded. The photo will appear by selecting the "photo" tab.
💻 Via the Pontotel Gestão website:
- Access the employee's timesheet.
- Tap on the desired entry and press the "i" key, or go to the three dots next to the workday and select the "view day details" option.
- Open the advanced points information.
The following will be displayed in the registration details:
- Location: shown on an interactive map or address.
- Photo: image captured at the time of registration, if the function is enabled.
- Audio: audio file attached to the recording, when this recording is required by the company.
Observations
- If any item (photo, audio, or location) does not appear, check if the requirements were active at the time of registration and if the collaborator granted the necessary permissions to the application.
- Audio and photo will only be available if the collector profile requires these records for that location.
- The accuracy of the information depends on the quality of the connection and the device's permissions.
- If the photo setting is enabled, permissions are granted, and the time clock requests an image capture, but the photo still doesn't appear on the timesheet, you may need to manually synchronize the device where the time was recorded.
