How to view data, photos, and locations of points using the Pontotel Gestão app.

The Pontotel Gestão app offers a complete overview of employee time and attendance records. You can track, in real time, the information for each clocking in and out: date, time, photo taken, and even the location on an interactive map. See how to access all these details in the app and make your management even more efficient!

Step-by-step guide to checking point data.

1. Access the Pontotel Management application.

Open the app on your mobile device and log in .

2. Tap the “Sheet” tab.

In the bottom menu "Sheet" option to view the list of collaborators on your team.

3. Select the desired collaborator.

Search for the employee's name and tap on it. Then, tap "view sheet" to access the records.

4. View the monthly timesheet

The app will display the employee's timesheet, showing all days of the month, start, break, return, and end times, as well as the work schedule status (work or time off).

5. Tap on the day you want to analyze.

Select a day to open the full breakdown of the records for that point.

6. See the details of the point: location and photo.

When you open a record, you will see:

• Location : A map appears showing the exact location where the point was hit.

• Photo : When switching to the "photo" tab, the image captured at the moment of the point is displayed.

7. Access other registration information

Still on the point details screen, it is possible to view:

• Exact date and time of the meeting point.
• Record type (entry, pause, return, exit).
• Options for justifying/canceling a point or generating proof of attendance.

Observation

• The way data is displayed may vary depending on your profile permissions
• If the photo or location does not appear, first confirm whether these requirements were enabled for the employee at the time of registration. If they were, it may be necessary to synchronize the application on the device used for clocking in, so that the information is sent and displayed correctly on the timesheet.
