With the Payroll Lighthouse, it is possible to continuously monitor operations, identify deviations, anticipate risks, and support decision-making based on up-to-date data, directly on the Management website.

How to access the DP Lighthouse


  1. Visit the Pontotel Gestão website .
  2. In the side menu, click on Planning.
  3. Select the DP Lighthouse.

The view is available to users with an HR or Manager profile, provided the module is active for the company.


Available panels


The DP Lighthouse was structured around four main pillars to offer a broad overview of the operation.


Markings


The Time Tracking panel allows you to monitor attendance at different levels of the company.

With it, it is possible to analyze total points recorded, from tactical to analytical levels at different operational levels, and filter by:

  • employer;
  • workplace;
  • collaborator.


Furthermore, the dashboard assists in identifying attempted fraud related to facial recognition and helps differentiate between operational problems, employee behavior, or potential misuse of the tool.


Annual leave


The Time Bank dashboard provides visibility into positive and negative balances, allowing you to identify situations that require attention before they generate financial impacts.

Among the available information are:

  • History of accruals and offsets;
  • balances with excessive accumulations;
  • hours approaching the due date;
  • Distribution by teams, locations, and collaborators.


With this information, managers and HR professionals can act preventively and reduce risks related to overdue balances, as well as decrease costs associated with payments of past due balances.


Exemptions


The Absences panel consolidates information related to absences, medical certificates, and other justifications recorded on the platform.

The analysis allows:

  • to monitor absenteeism patterns;
  • Identify recurring issues by team or employee;
  • monitor absences;
  • to anticipate potential social security risks.


These indicators help the company to act more strategically in managing the health and attendance of its employees.


Turnover


The Turnover dashboard gathers indicators related to employee movement within the company.

  • turnover rate;
  • Indicators by unit or leadership;
  • Retention by cohort.
