How to check absences using the Pontotel Management App
Tracking employee absences through the Pontotel Gestão app is simple and facilitates work schedule control, even outside the office. With just a few taps, managers and leaders can view the absences recorded for each team and make quick decisions to maintain workflow.
Step-by-step guide to checking for absences.
- Access the Pontotel Gestão app: Log in with your username and password in the Pontotel Gestão application, available for Android and iOS .
- Go to the home screen: In the bottom bar, select the “Home” menu.
- Select the “period” option: At the top of the screen, switch from “today” to “period” to analyze absences within a one-month interval.

- Use the filters: Choose the desired skill and select the specific workplace to view only the data for the team you want to track. Finally, tap the "refresh" button (next to the period) to update the information.


- Consult the exceptional events area: In the “exceptional events” section, located at the bottom of the home screen, you will see the total number of absences recorded during that period for the selected workplace.

- Check absences: Tap "absences" to view a list of employees who were absent and the number of absences.

- View details: Select the employee to see work schedule details, such as the day and the expected work schedule for that day.
