How to clock in and out using the BatePonto app

Dependendo da configuração da sua empresa, o aplicativo pode te identificar automaticamente pelo rosto ou pedir uma senha numérica.
See the step-by-step instructions:
- When you tap the Clock In on the home screen, the first step is for the system to know who is registering. This can happen in two ways:
Opção A: Reconhecimento Facial (Automático) Se a sua empresa ativou essa função, a câmera abrirá automaticamente.
- Position your face within the frame on the screen.
- Please wait for your identity to be verified.
Opção B: Senha Numérica (PIN) Se a câmera não abrir, ou se o reconhecimento facial não conseguir te identificar (por falta de luz ou ângulo ruim), o sistema pedirá seu PIN.
- Enter your personal numeric password on the on-screen keypad.
- Confirm the information of the employee who is clocking in.
- Após ser identificado, selecione o tipo de ponto que será registrado, correspondente ao momento da sua jornada:
- 1 - Entry: Starting the work.
- 2 - Break: Leaving for lunch/break.
- 3 - Return: Coming back from the break/lunch.
- 4 - Exit: Ending the workday.
- O aplicativo poderá solicitar uma foto. Se abrir a câmera, permaneça parado e aguarde o registro da foto.
- Confira se os dados na tela (nome, local, horário e tipo de ponto) estão corretos. Clique em Finalizar para concluir o registro.
Nessa tela, também é possível justificar horas extras (caso tenha realizado) ou fazer o download do comprovante do registro.
